PLEASE NOTICE, Love Africa is only responsible for booking your International Flights.

Any Domestic Flights needed will be the responsibility of the Team Member.

PLEASE DO NOT BOOK DOMESTIC FLIGHTS UNTIL AFTER INTERNATIONAL FLIGHTS HAVE BEEN CONFIRMED WITH YOU.

 

- If you have a special flight itinerary or need to change a flight after it has been booked, then you will be charged any fees or price differences associated with the changes or special itinerary.

- Once we book your international flights, we will immediately send you the itinerary! You will have 24 hours to review it and either confirm that it works or report issues or concerns. So make sure to check it out!

- Love Africa Mission allows the use of frequent flyer miles!  If you wish to purchase your international airfare with frequent flyer miles, your trip cost will be reduced by $1,000 regardless of the actual price of the ticket.  So, a trip costing $3,500 will cost $2,500 if the ticket is purchased using frequent flyer miles. Also, due to the nature of frequent flyer programs, Love Africa cannot guarantee that tickets purchased by flyer miles will match team itineraries.
