Love Africa Mission does not cover the cost of visas. Most visas can be purchased at airport immigration upon arrival. Below is a list of visa costs by country. Also included is the address you will stay in country.  You will need this information when applying for your visa.

  • RWANDA

    • How to Apply: Visas are received stateside before your trip by the DRC embassy in the United States. You will also purchase a Ugandan visa upon arrival. Connect with your team leader about these steps as early as possible.

KENYA E-VISA INSTRUCTIONS

The following instructions will assist you in applying for an e-visa regarding all Kenya trips with Love Africa Mission. Visas are required to be purchased and processed before you can enter Kenya. It is highly recommended to complete your E-Visa immediately after receiving your international itinerary from Love Africa Mission.

Before you can apply, you will need the following documents:

  1. Your international itinerary – Approximately 1 month before travel, Love Africa Mission will issue your international itinerary. You must have this document before you can apply for your e-visa.

  2. A Scan or Photo of your passport – Either scan or take a photo of your passport information page.

  3. A Headshot – take a 500×500 pixel headshot. This can be a simple edited selfie taken on your phone camera.
