WHAT IS THE APPLICATION PROCESS LIKE?
Our application process is simple, thorough, and personal! Once you fill out the interest form below, one of our staff will reach out to you via text or email to set up a short phone call. During the first phone call we would love to get to know you, share our mission and vision, and answer all your questions. After the interest call, we will send you an online application to fill out in your own time. Once we receive the online application, we will review it and set up an official interview at your convenience. Upon receiving your application, two references, and the interview, we will notify you of our decision.
WHAT IS THE PREPARATION PROCESS LIKE?
As a staff, we take seriously the call to disciple those who travel with us. Our goal from the time you are accepted is to prepare you spiritually, logistically, and mentally for a trip that will rock your world and change your life. As a global organization, we utilize virtual means for most of our training. Phone calls with our staff, zoom calls with the entire team you’ll travel with, online resources, and other resources will all work to thoroughly prepare you. Shortly after being accepted, we will send you a training schedule and outline.
