RECRUITING INCENTIVE
For every person you recruit to join you on a Love Africa Mission trip, you will receive $100 off of your fundraising goal. ( Individuals must apply and pay their deposit before a discount can take place )
FUNDRAISING GUIDELINES & POLICIES

We require that all Love Africa participants use their GoMethod account for collecting funds toward their team goal. We ask that you do not use Venmo, GoFundMe, or any other platform. This allows us and you to fundraise with complete integrity.

Love Africa Mission is an initiative of Nathan Smith Ministries, a 501C3 non-profit organization. All donations are tax deductible and donors will receive statements of giving at the end of the calendar year.

The trip fundraising goals are non-negotiable.

Team members are responsible to raise the set amount toward the team fundraising goal. If their set amount toward the team goal is not met by the assigned due date, the team member will not be permitted to travel.

The trip deposit is required before an individual will be considered a participating team member. This deposit is non-refundable.

If an individual decides not to travel after a deposit is paid, that deposit and any other funds raised will be held in account of up to but no longer than one year for a future trip.

After one year, any monies held in account will be absorbed back into the ministry and used toward other missions or ministry purposes.

Love Africa Mission reserves the right to discern how all funds exceeding trip goals are used.

All trip funds are designated toward the team goal. No refunds can be issued because the funds are designated toward a ministry cause.

Should a trip be cancelled by Love Africa Mission or the partnering overseas ministry, all monies will be held in account until the trip is rescheduled.

If a team member switches to another Love Africa team, their funds raised toward the original team will be transferred to the new team.
