Our team is scattered across the states with each of us respectively residing in Virginia, Arkansas, North and South Carolina, and Georgia. Everyone on our team has served in East Africa for varying periods of time and in different capacities. Our collective desire is to lift Jesus high and watch Him draw all peoples to Himself.

Kylie Morris
Kylie first served with LAM in the summer of 2024 and fell in love with the communities where we serve. Her love for the Lord, His people, and spreadsheets is inspiring.

Ben Plumb
It only took one trip to Uganda for Ben to forever be changed by what God is doing in and through LAM. He brings a wealth of insight and wisdom to our staff and teams.

Board of Directors
Love Africa Mission's Board of Directors is made up of those with a diverse background of experience. From a lawyer to a pastor to a software developer, each board member affirms Love Africa's statement of faith and are invested in their respective local churches.
Earl Touchstone
A Texan since college, Earl resides in Houston with his wife Meredith.
They have six children, two daughters-in-law, two sons-in-law, and seven grandchildren. He is a partner at a law firm in Houston and serves as the Chairman of the Board.
Luke Schrader
Luke lives in Columbia City, IN, with his wife Taylor and their two children. Luke has been involved with Love Africa Mission since 2021, when he went on his first trip to Kenya. Since then, he has served with the ministry in various ways providing administrative and supportive help.
David Winn
David, the president of Love Africa Mission, has worked with the ministry since 2012. His role is to identify and develop ministry partners in various countries in Africa, as well as oversee the day-to-day operations of the ministry. He lives in Ridgeway, VA, with his wife of 41 years, Janet. They have two children.
Layne Baugh
Layne calls Star City, Arkansas, home and has been involved with Love Africa Mission since August 2022. He serves as Director of Discipleship and oversees the pastors and women’s conferences. He and his wife Lori have four children, two daughters-in-law, and two precious grandchildren.
